Okay - quick post before this loses power. I am a-okay, I can still sing and I do remember all the words, I still can't dance - I've always wanted true, fluid movement - maybe some day - huh, maybe even tomorrow :)
Thanks for the love, concern, food, messages, cards, gifts - all of it. You guys are the BEST!!!!!!!!!

Hi Gail...I see you are a "night owl" too! You have been on my mind and in my prayers almost constantly since I found out through your "bosom buddy" Nancy Jane that you were having the surgery. Please know that I will keep you in my prayers for a full and speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteLove you,
Evalou
YAY!!! Now, why were you still awake at 11:15??? I love you. Get some rest today.
ReplyDeleteGail,
ReplyDeleteGigi, Debbie, and I have been thinking about you daily, and praying for your recovery. You are an inspiration. We check the blog numerous times each day. It's a great way to keep up with you. It's good to see your post today. Please know that we love you.

I didn't know you could ever sing - were you in choir? But, I know you can dance - Bisonettes forever. So thankful things are going well. I love reading your daily blogs.
ReplyDeleteGood to read your first post, thinking about every day and wishing you only the best.

You are an inspiration for sure! I am so glad you are well and back in "command of the fam" as the Little General. I think Skate like taking over the role for a few days even if all the men in your family collectively groaned... Glad you are back writing and singing. Perhaps for Mother's Day your kids can get you dancing lessons! Betsy Jancaiits
ReplyDeleteHi Gail!

Gail,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you survived all the torture you had to endure and you're on the road to recovery. I just can't understand how someone as young as I am could become so sick so fast. I, of course, am still full of smooth and fluid dance-like movements---after a few margaritas. Praying for a painless recovery.....
Love,
Cindy Miller
Hey Gail,
ReplyDeleteI am new to public affairs, but I remember you from the holiday party. I pray for you the best and fastest recovery possible!
Marjorie Williams
Hey Gail,
ReplyDeleteThis is really a voice from your past! Like Marjorie, I remember you from parties past...but they were a life-time ago!
As always, you do even brain surgery with class! You are an inspiration!
You have been and remain in my prayers.
Love,
Nan Mulvaney
Heard it through the grapevine ... You're posting and singing. Great!
